With our new processing system, there are some changes to our services. We want you to be aware of these changes and ask that you read this Information Sheet carefully to help ensure the transition to our upgraded system causes you as little inconvenience as possible.
The system upgrade will not aﬀect your existing account number. Your account number will remain the same.
You may continue to use your existing Debit Card and any other account stationery you may hold.
The format of your Account Statement will vary slightly, this will now be provided in portrait style.
Historical transactions (transactions which have been processed prior to the date of the system upgrade, 12th October 2018) will be available via pdf statements. These pdf statements will be posted on your online banking platform and mobile banking app.
You will be able to view all transactions posted on your account as from the date of the system upgrade, 15th October 2018 on your online banking platform and mobile banking app.
Existing customers will now be able to open additional accounts directly via their online banking platform.
Existing customers will now be able to open Term Deposit accounts directly via their online banking platform.
Payments/Standing Orders/Automatic Transfers
The scheduled system upgrade will not aﬀect any payment templates you have already set up on your accounts.
All your saved beneﬁciary payment templates will not be aﬀected by our system upgrade.
Any Standing Order payments which you already have set up on your accounts will not be impacted.
Direct debits from your accounts will not be impacted by the system upgrade.
Payment cut-oﬀ times will not change.
Future Dated Payments, the transaction amount will now be debited on the value date that you set up for the payment on your online banking system.
Payment fees and charges will remain the same.
Any lending facilities you currently enjoy with the Bank will not be impacted by the system upgrade therefore:
Your personal loan and mortgage transaction numbers will change, however you will be able to view your original transaction number under the ‘Loan Detail Screen’ which can be found in your online and mobile banking application as illustrated in the image below.
Your personal loan and mortgage scheduled repayment amount will not be impacted.
There will be no change to the monthly repayment date of your personal loan and mortgage lending facilities. You will not be able to view your historic loan and mortgage scheduled payments on your online and mobile banking applications.
You will be able to view all future scheduled payments pertaining to your loan and or mortgage lending on both your online and mobile banking applications.
Your overdraft facility will not be impacted by the system upgrade.
Online and Mobile Banking
We have enhanced our online and mobile banking functionality to make it more user friendly and to provide you with an improved client experience. You will be receiving an e-mail on 19th September 2018 detailing these changes.
Our core product oﬀering will not be impacted by the system upgrade and you will be able to continue to use our Automatic Teller Machines (ATMs) and Cash and Cheque Deposit Machines (CCDMs) in the usual manner.
