Scheduled Upgrade to our Banking Platform

As part of our commitment to provide you with up-to-date and efficient banking services, we are pleased to inform you that we will be upgrading our core banking platform as from 15th October 2018.

Our commitment is to continue to provide you with the excellent customer service you have come to expect, whilst enabling us to offer you enhanced features and functionality in your banking experience as set out in our Information Sheet.

Whilst our preference is to avoid causing any inconvenience during this upgrade, we would like to inform you that our online and mobile banking services will be unavailable during the period commencing Friday 12th October 2018 at 18:00hrs to Monday 15th October 2018 at 09:00hrs.

The purpose of this upgrade is to enhance our online and mobile banking functionality to make it more user friendly and to provide you with a better client experience. You will be receiving a letter or email on 19th September 2018 informing you of your new username and providing you with information of the enhanced functionalities.
