Online & Mobile Banking Information

Details of how to set up your new Password

In order to be able to access your accounts online, you will be required to set up a password. Instructions on how to set up your new password can be found via the Password Set-Up User Manual.

Online Banking Platform

  • We have introduced two factor authentications to log in via our online banking channels. You will receive an OTP via SMS message on the mobile phone number and email address that the Bank has registered for you each time you wish to log in.  This OTP is only valid for one login, you will need to input this OTP as part of the login process. You will be able to find more information on the OTP functionality via our Online Banking Retail User Manual.
  • You will need to ensure that the mobile phone number and email address that you have registered with the Bank are up to date as you will be receiving online banking details via these channels.
  • You will need the username contained in this email and a password to log in to your online banking platform. Instructions on how to set up your new password can be found in the Password Set-Up User Manual.
  • Your login details are for both your online and mobile banking accounts.
  • The opening of additional current accounts and savings accounts can be done directly via your online banking platform.
  • You will be able to set up Term Deposits via your online banking platform.

Mobile Banking

  • You will need to download our current mobile banking app via the Apple Store or the Google Play Store.
  • In order to log in to your account via your mobile banking app you will use the same username and password you utilize for your online banking account. You will also be required to input a One Time Password "OTP".
  • We have introduced two factor authentications to log in via our online banking channels. You will receive an OTP via SMS message on the mobile phone number and email address that the Bank has registered for you each time you wish to log in. This OTP is only valid for one login, you will need to input this OTP as part of the login process. You will be able to find more information on the OTP functionality via our Online Banking Retail User Manual.
  • You will be able to set up Term Deposits via your mobile banking platform.
  • You will be able to access past information (e.g. monthly statements) in PDF format via your mobile banking app.
