Scheduled Upgrade to our Core Banking Platform

As previously announced we have scheduled an upgrade to our core banking platform which will be implemented as from Monday 15th October 2018.

With this upgrade you will experience several improvements to the look and feel of our current online and mobile banking systems. Our User Manuals will help you acquaint yourself with the enhanced features and new functionalities. These can be accessed in the tabs below.

As from Monday 15th October 2018, you will no longer be required to use the current Digital Key to access your accounts for online banking purposes. Your Digital Key(s) will be replaced with a username. You will need this username and a password to log into your account. Details of your new username will be sent to you via letter or e-mail.
